The following parts of the Fanuc robot require special cleaning:

1) When all debris and splashes around the balance adjustment unit rod and shaft bite into the sleeve, it will cause abnormal wear.

2) When all debris and splashes around the mechanical wrist shaft oil seal bite into the oil seal, it can cause oil leakage.

3) Dust adheres to the ventilation port of the control device.

We also checked all electrical circuits for damage and aging, especially the X31 signal line and X11 safety channel interface.

Checked whether the cable connected to the teaching control panel is excessively twisted and worn.
