The Changke Automation team is inspecting the Robostar glass handling robot and control cabinet AFDB2L288L-342-472-4H130 in the FPD manufacturing workshop (ultra precision production of flat panel displays and small and medium-sized LCDs). Based on the description of on-site technicians and system log information, the Changke Automation team identified the direct and indirect causes of faults from a large number of fault codes, and identified the root cause of the problem.

Robostar robot error codes are usually activated with P, W, E, D, followed by four digits.

P: Operational error (caused by an employee entering incorrect instructions, which does not affect the status of the Robostar robot)

W: Warning, this is not considered an error, but it needs to be resolved before proceeding to the next step.

E: Minor errors, when the cause of the error is clear, the robot can continue to operate normally through the error reset function without restarting the controller power supply.

D: Serious errors, such errors usually require shutdown for maintenance.
